After a night time car acident, Vahid, an unassuming mechanic, has a chance encounter with Eghbal, a man he strongly suspects to be his former jailhouse captor and who was his interrogator and tormentor. Always blind folded at the time, Eghbal's presence was noticeable as he had a prothetic leg that squeeked.

After Eghbal's car is repaired, Vahid follows him home and the next day audasciously kidnaps him with the intent of taking his revenge--only Eghbal's protests and uncertainty that he has the wrong man lead him to change his mind. For the moment.
